Case Study: How do I get more value from all this data?

Challenge:

Our client collects vast amounts of mobile location data and sought to:

  1. optimise their data
  2. innovate on their monetisation strategy 
  3. present the insights to their customers.

They recognised that AI would deliver valuable insights to improve their offerings and sought our advice on how and where to begin.

Actions:

Our 3 week Intelligent System Evaluation reviewed the current products they had on the market and the data used. This informed our Service Design-led approach to identify how they could overcome challenges and become an AI-led data company. This included exploring Machine Learning methods and tools that enhanced their data and provided new insights into what was possible.

Outcomes:

Heron demonstrated the AI capabilities that would bring value to their data and created new customer offerings. This informed the overall strategy and saw the company rebrand as a data science led organisation and onboard a significant number of new clients.

Additionally Heron continued to work with senior stakeholders to create a 12 month roadmap to further optimise and enhance their offerings.
